Default Rear Suspension stiffness?

How stiff is the the back of everyone's car that are running the following?

BMR Adjustable tq arm
BMR LCA
BMR Extreme Swaybar
BMR Panhard Bar
Hal QA1's single adjustable Set on 8
Stock rear springs

The rear of my car is super stiff and everyone around here is telling me that its too tight to weight transfer. I thought read from one of madmans post that you didnt want the car to squat because it wasted too much energy.

Thanks

Madman is right as always, you don't want it to squat more than 1/2". F- bodies really don't need to squat much to work great.

Ok so I have another question about the rear anti roll bar. The car pull to the left while I roll out of the burn out. What do I need to do to get it to go straight?
