Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? It's amazing how much air it can hold. I bought a nice kit from Murry's to bench bleed mine. It has couple of fitting that tread into the master cylinder brake line holes and comes with a couple of hoses that are then routed back into the master. Then just pump the master's piston in and out until there are no more bubbles. Leave the hoses on until you get ready to reattach the brake lines so that no air can re-enter the system.

The re-bleed the entire system.

Make sure you bench bleed it before putting it on.

kind of curious, why? why must i bench bleed it. a friend of mine said he had to put a new one on his, an when he did he never bench bleed it. he just pour the fluid in an crack open all the bleeders, front an rear, an just kept the fluid full in the master cylinder.

now the problem im having now is ive put fluid in it an there isnt any bleeding out of the master with the lines disconnected. what am i overlooking? its a re manufacture not new, the guys at oriellys told me they dont offer a new one. any suggestions???
