Default Valve Stem Seal Tool ?

Anyone have any suggestions for an on the car stem seal tool ? I was able to get half of them off using a few various things, but figured there has to bet a better way for the other half.

Thanks,
Ernie

Think he is talking about valve stem seals in the heads. I use pliars and put a rag around the valve stem. seal remover is god but is kinda pain in the *** under the cowl

I was referring to the seals, and some of the tools I saw for sale seemed like they would not work under the cowl. Thanks for the suggestions though. I was a little leary about using pliers and doing more damage than good.

a pair of small channel locks gets them off . . .

. . . a deep well socket can get them back on

I've used needle nose pliers on the 6-8 cars I've done them on.
