Does anyone know of an exhaust shop that will take care of gutting my cat around the central texas, houston area?

Yeah, since its illegal....Why not just buy high flow cats?

No exhaust shop will touch it. Just gut it yourself with a pipe.

what do you guys mean gut them with a pipe? just cutting the cats off and replacing with a pipe?
