Are there any sponsors in the Houston area that work on older motors? I just bought a '69 Firebird with a 455 in it.
I know very little about the motor.
It is hard to start .. backfires, needs primed or starter fluid to get going .. then need a good 4 - 5 minutes of warm up before it idles ..
Can anyone recommend a sponsor that I could trust to look at it?
