That's pretty bad but my first time to Dallas was worse. You literally couldn't see 20ft. in front of your car the rain was so heavy. To make it worse, it was at night. People were doing maybe 20mph tops on 75 north, others were pulled over. I couldn't even tell where my lane was, I just kept sight of the taillights in front of me and drove by braille.
