Default SLP lid part needed. Where can I find it!

I purchased an SLP lid from an ad on craigslist. When I installed it I found that I was missing a couple of pieces. Here is a pic to show which parts i need. Does anyone have an idea of how much they are? I need the right angle joint, the hose piece, and a small hose-to-hose connector.

SLP use to sell those pieces on their website. I don't see them listed, but you may call them and check.

Long time ago when I installed an SLP lid on my wife's '00 B4C, I put a plug in the side of the lid and put a small air filter on the A.I.R. hose and zip tied the hose in place so it couldn't flop around. You'll find those little air filters in the ricer aisle of Autozone.
