crate or rebuild? My 00 ss camaro has 140,000 miles and is a DD. im looking at gmpp crate or maybe a rebuild. what do guys think and who in the DFW area would you suggest to do the install.

it runs great but a while back i had a shop replace the oil pan gasket and they stripped the two back bolts and it leaks. so i repaired it myself. i noticed the rear main is leaking aswell. im getting to the point where i would like to do a cam upgrade and headers but im not sure its worth it with the leaks and the mileage.
