Default Help with transmission please.

Well my 4l60e lost second gear. All other gears are fine including reverse. Could I be lucky and just get second gear fixed? If so is there anyone in the Dallas area that could help me, maybe take a look and diagnose it? It only has 37000 miles. Recently put a cam in it with a stall and would like to get it back out. Any help at all would greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Yes technically you can repair the broken hard parts, the reality is your going to drop the Trans might want to look at a rebuild, at my shop a 4L60E goes for 1500-1900$ its not that bad, but try and find someone in your area.
