If it is not much water in the oil, fix the leak then.
1)Amsoil motor flush
1)Sacrificial oil filter and motor oil (whatever name brands are on sale)
Run the motor flush with the current oil as directed, Change to the sacrifical oil and filter and run for 50mi. operating temp is what removes small amounts water from the engine so if you can do a 50 mi. round trip at highway speeds with no engine shut down, that would be best. Change the oil to your preferrd brand filter and oil.
If it is a large amount of water fix the leak
Then the only diff from the above is you will need to change the oil first to do the flush then change the oil again after the flush (So you will need 2 sets of the sacrificial oil and filter)
Pep Boys is going to have a Castrol-Puralator oil change for $7 tommarro, a good time to catch a sale at all autoparts stores right!
Good luck.

Yeah it's at the end of the road. I think it's the heads themselves that are bad.
But I was offered $8,000 for it with a broken engine so it's going to be gone tomorrow. Nothing like blowing a car to pieces and still making a few bucks. It's been nothing but problems and I'm not rebuilding it again.

Of course I told him. And yeah I threw a rod and rebuilt the whole thing for $100. I just don't feel like ******* with it anymore.
It's funny how I have the car up for $10,000 and can't sell it, yet I have it up for $8,000 with a bad engine and the phone never stops ringing.
