If they truely have 40 miles then they are WORTH abour $25,000. But getting that right now would be tough.

Ehhh... there are probably less than a dozen 35th LE's that are still in showroom condition. I believe he could get at least 40k for them. He just needs to wait for the right buyer.

Remember... just because it isn't worth it to you doesn't mean it won't be worth it to someone else.

That being said I don't think it's real. Why wouldn't he take his own pics?

My 02 SS had 3200 miles and I paid $21000 including TTL, I know is a little high price but it beat buying a 2010 pre-owned SS for $30000.
