F- Bodies
At this point in my life, I could pick any car I want up to about $40K. I cannot bring myself to even consider selling my Camaro. I have had it since 05, and still get excited when I drive it. I have had more problems with that car than all the the other cars I have ever had combined, and had it longer. I'm hooked on F-bodies and love all the different things you can do with them. So when I find an auto and at home I'm gonna buy another one. Red, silver, black, purple, white, green who cares. I love these cars and cant get enough. Anybody else feel that way?

I've had mine for 14 years, since new and I would never sell my 4th gen F-body, especially since it's a W68 Convertible. If I could and needed too, I'd buy another F-body... but a 1st gen.. convertible of course!

Meh. I daily drove mine for 10 years. I definately don't miss the issues they have like the bubbling sail panel, setting lower on the right, window motors, T-tops that leak sometimes, the long doors when some *** parks close to you, etc.
I do miss having something cheaper to work on/mod. Not sure I'd go back into a 4th gen for a daily. Wouldn't mine one for a weekend warrior though, but would prefer another early 2nd gen. I had a 70 SS for 12 years.

Wouldn't trade my 4th gen for nothin, I like them more than the 5th gens. They are very nice and I would deff own one if I could afford it but I still think the 4th then was great.
I don't have the issues with mine, but I did replace a window motor, piece of cake. T-Tops don't leak at all, and I am very surprised by that. I am sure the drivers side sits higher for a reason (battery on passenger side or taking drivers weight into consideration). I am not that picky about that stuff.
Now the sail panel is bubbled to hell but It's not a deal breaker but it is most likely the last thing I will tackle on this car.
Not to mention you can slap any of those newer LSx engines into a 4th gen with no problems.

Setting lower is common, but not by design. That is just internet speculation that people took as the reason for it being like that. They don't design cars to set even when you get in. That would be impossible since people weigh different amounts.
I owned 2 Camaros for a comined total of 20 years. I loved them while I had them, but when you get into something with similar power that is built better then you see them in a different light.

I love my TA id never sell it. I've had a few really good offers on it but I could never bring my self to sell it. Id just go buy a vette with the money, but I couldn't see my self not having the TA.
