F@ck Northlake!
So I was driving to north star around 10pm on 35 minding my own business going 65mph with my windows down. All of a sudden I see cop lights behind me, so I pull over to the side and undo my seats belt to get my insurance from the glovebox. He walks up to my car and asks me is it mine or have I been drinking, I reply no. Then he tells me that no seat belt is a state law and I reply i just removed it to get my insurance card from my glovebox then he replys ok and asks me to roll up my window and looks at my tint then he goes around inspecting my car and tells me to hold tight. He comes back to me and hands me a citation for no seat belt, no front plate, and tint being to dark. He tells me to have a nice night, I was just wtf... This is no dissmissing the plate or belt ticket.. ******* stupid on how he wouldn't hear me out and write me bogus tickets!!! How can he even write me a ticket for my tint being to dark at 10pm without even checking it!!!! Bs seat belt ticket also!!! Ruined my whole night...

Dude that used to **** me off so bad. If I was in my camaro then I'd get pulled over for bs like a license plate light that was "out" but magically turned itself back on when WE went to go look at it. But if I was in my Vette then they would wave or thumbs up. Buy a Vette, they'll leave you alone

If you were done how you just claimed you were, I'd go up to his police station, file a complaint, and speak to his superior. That is the only way to stop him from doing it again.

David, damn man, I'm sorry to hear that, now it explains why you didn't show up last night
I was just at the Roanoke court house on Wednesday for an 83 in a 65 that they pulled me over at in probably the exact same spot they got you. The cop I was dealing with was some little asian dude with a big hat.
I have my trial on July 18th, I can already tell the District Attorney is a huge ******* douchebag, and a cocky SOB. I may just say **** it and pay the damn thing.
Also, if it was 10 PM, how can a cop accurately gauge whether your tint is too dark or not? How the **** would he be able to see if your seatbelt is on at NIGHT TIME, seriously? There has to be a way to fight that dude.
