anyone know where I can get a fiberglass hood modified?

Default anyone know where I can get a fiberglass hood modified?
Instead of modifying my turbo kit why not modify the hood? I have a 3" cervini cowl hood on my mustang. I need to have a spot raised up a few inches so I can run a larger turbo. Kinda like how eric stubbs blue coupe was modified.

Jay, cutting up the hood would be an option since the car wont see rain. Hiossilver, you do awesome work but the freight would kill me
