Your nitrous fuel cell might work for methanol/water injection. Depends if they are alky compatible or not and pump/regulator setup. E85 or meth injection will make same power on top end, E85 wins with torque at the cost of NEEDING E85.

Are the parts E85 compatible? If so the rule of thumb is E85 needs 30% more fuel than gas.

Walbro makes some pumps with the right internals for ethanol, you should call them with the p/n and s/n to check.

Most lines are compatible with teflon lining, and the y block will be fine. Check that your fuel filter is compatible too. You don't want the filter media falling apart and clogging injectors.

I think your tank is fine for holding ethanol, at most you might need to change o-rings/seals and coat the inside with POR15 to protect it. Even then I don't know how long it takes for those parts to go bad.

Check with ls1speed about your specific system, they should know what hp level the system is good for on pump gas, race gas, and E85. Also tell them which injectors you have and ask about the spray pattern. Boost works best with a straight spray pattern like a fire hose, N/A works best with fine atomized fuel like mist.
