You don't have to use Enterprise. I had so much trouble with them a few times years ago that I refuse. Insurance will use Hertz, Avis, etc if you tell them. I have always done better that way. It may not resolve your problem, but is worth a shot.

Theyre trying to screw me for a grand right now too, even after I bought the bumper to bumper insurance that cost $100 extra per week.. Screw them.
