they should detonate an atomic bomb in Rita's eye then tell the b* to fix me a turkey sandwich 
but anyway, a while ago i read something about technology to disrupt severe weather such as hurricanes or tornados.

I always wondered what would happen if they did that. Probably nothing good, but hell, it would be cool to see. As for tornadoes, seems like if they could actually hit it conventional bombs might work, but im prolly talkin out of my *** there.

great idea, and then it will spread radioactive fall out all over the gulf, even more of a reason for the oil comapines to increase the prices cause they now have to buy the oil platform workers lead suits.
