Initial reports indicate that riding the brakes in stop and go traffic caught the brakes on fire. The bus was carrying elderly/sick evacuees and their oxygen tanks began to explode.

Very tragic, indeed ...

Man thats' an extremely bad news.

Here this people tought they were getting out of harms and they never ever imagine something worse could happend to them.
