Default Ticket Info. Needed

Basically I need to find out what happens when you walk into the court to face DUI and MIP charges. It will be in the college station courthouse, Brazoria county. I was assuming licenese suspension/fine/community service, but if anyone knows other things, id like to know. Thanks.

The lawyers arounf here are complete crap, no means to discourage you but this county and this city are posterchilds for MADD, and they purposfully will take it to you, b/c your another example. It will probably run its course; license suspension/fine/& all that. I have a friend thats a D.A. for Brazos county, and i'll ask him what you can do.

Get an attorney, DUI is nothing to mess around with. Very serious especailly with you being underage. I think the law states now a year suspension of lic and $1000 to get it back and if you get another one it will be like 2-3K and 2 years suspension. I am not to sure, but they changed the law a year or so ago, and it aint pretty. Good luck, get an attorney, and one that does DUI in that court, call around but don't walk in yourself if you do look to get railroaded.
