Default Dirt biking around Spring?

New co-worker (from California) is looking for a place to go dirt biking...

Since I'm not much into the dirt bike scene, maybe one of you has ideas?

there used to be a track on 59 called armadillo downs, but it may have been bmx only.

3 palms is right before 1488 on the southbound side of 45

We go to 3 palms a lot. It's not far from Spring.

There is also Sam Houston national forest if he's into trail riding.
