Default Joe O cam on the way!!!!!!

Very stoked!!!! I got lucky I have been trying to get ahold of JOE for 6 months with no luck. I was searching ebay and came across a guy selling a brand new in the box Joe O cam. It took him a year to get the cam from Joe and 4 months to get extra set of heads ported just to fine out his cam bearings were gone........ At this point he decided to build a 383 but a friend of his had 2 Complete LS1 engine and offer him one so he took it and put everything up for sell. It is the same cam Gary Lawson has in his m6 TA with small afr's ported, all the bolt-ons and tuning his car put down 452rwhp/398rwtq dyno sheets

http://www.homestead.com/my97ws6/files/452Dyno.jpg

and at 3800 plus ran a best time of 11.73 and mph of 120.49. Here are the slips

I know I don't have heads or anything but I have already talked to Port Pros and he can get me 280/290 cfm out of my LT1 castings. So here is what I will be building...

Stock shortblock
Joe O cam 236/242 .568/.548 109 lobe sep.
Port Pros stage 2 heads
pacesetter LTs
tsp true duals
58mm tb
meizere pump
cai
1:6:1 w/lt4 km
3.73/4.10
tony shepard tuning
nitrous works kit 100/150 shot

at 3500 what do you think?

I was gonna say a big thing will be tunning but if its Tony then you have nothing to worry about. Good luck, set up right that thing should be able to hit atleast mid 11s.

Joe Overton has the fastest all motor LT1 9.36/143. He does LS1 stuff but is known for his LT1 cars. Where most H/C LT1's make 380/400 rwhp his cars have made 438/452 rwhp. He has got something figured out. In the last GM high tech he was racing in the same class as Allen Futural.
