4l60e transmission will a 4l60e (1998) v6 model fit a (1999) v8 model. I know you have to change the bellhousing but is the rest the same? will it work.... i have a 1999 z28 with a slipping transmission and a buddy has a fresh 1998 firebird v6 3.8 transmission. need some help...thanks.
