Cheap LS1 supercharger online

Found a ls1 powerdyne supercharger online, not sure if its legit or not. I emailed the guy yesterday and he replied stating that the kit has low miles and includes everything needed for installation despite the pcm. If i had the cash id pick it up, but I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. Here is the link:
