About to visit Texas. I'm looking into going to SAM and will be heading to Houston, Texas for spring break to look at the campus. I plan on staying 3 or 4 days what else should the wife and I hit up while out there?

My Main concern right now is mountain biking trails. Are there some good ones around there somewhere? The wife already picked all the spots we're going to site see. I'm glad I had a say in it so I'll drag her mountain biking for a day.
