dude you really do not need any mechanical expirience to paint calipers. Take the wheels off, paint with a brush after you cover it up with a bag and some masking tape, let dry

and re-install.

no bro...go to autozone and and get the caliper paint...just for calipers. they have a few dif colors...as said just take the wheels off and paint with a brush...i didnt even mask anything...some paint got on the rotors, but they came off the first time i used my brakes! and i didnt even wait for it to dry...and it all came out PERFECT! its fool proof. the hardest part is taking off the wheels...good luck and post pics of the finished product

YES..there is no need to remove anything other than the wheels themselves.

Dupli-color caliper paint kit. Comes with a small can of paint, some brake cleaner, masking tape, and a foam brush. Like everyone else said just take off the wheels only. You can reach pretty much every part of the calipers. Dries really smooth and you'll have a little extra for touch ups later.

YEAH you can clear it...i did...just get the high temp engine spray paint...its on the same shelf as the caliper paint. just get it in clear (it will have a clear lid) u dont have to paint the entire thing...cuz when the wlz are on you can only see the side...just color most of it and your done. Then spray it with the clear engine paint...it will look nice!

Hey guys, let me ask you this. Wouldnt the brake dust after a few days or weeks make the paint/calipers dull gray/black again as time goes on? I know he said red but suppose somebody painted (has been done I know) their caliper yellow? You know what happends after a few miles down the road.
