I went to Top Koat in Kennedale to have mine coated. I'm not sure how much it will cost you but they do great work. They have powder coated a few things for me and everything has turned out great.

I was asked not to give the price when I had mine coated. I paid a little more than I was quoted from other shops but the prep work Top Koat did was more than what the other shops were going to do. You get what you pay for

i bent my rim and discount tire sent it out for straightening. whoever fixed it also repainted it and repolished the outer rim for 150. i imagine it would be a little cheaper to just repaint. or just sell yours and get some new ones on ebay and upgrade to 11's on the rear

I have Krylon and a hair dryer....and I come cheap too.

Call a few of the DFW area sponsors and see who they would recommend. Top Koat is good but...they are $$$$

I think a lot depends on what you want. Do you want a polished lip or do you want the whole wheel coated? That will make a difference. There are shops that will charge around 50-75 but how long will it last and how will the finished product look?

I would say Top Koat was in the middle from shops I asked. One was close to $200 and another was right behind them. One shop was real cheap but I went with Top Koat because I know Joe and I could count on him to do a great job
