Can anyone RECOMMEND a shop to have some Electrical repairs done?

I have an electrical short causing the P1351 on my camaro, its a 96, and It seems to be getting worse, causing alot of driveability problems, if I could get the code to go away by fixing the electrical problem, then if it still acts up, I could see what else it is and possibly get a tune, but until then, this is holding me back.

So if anyone could recommend someone who does good auto electrical work then that would help alot.

Found these guys:

Auto Electric Systems Inc
11361 Emerald St, Dallas, TX
(972) 241-2077

but not sure if they do quality work, said $80 diagnosis then they will tell you how much it costs to fix, but wont tell you wat the problem is, thats kinda stupid, im not gonna fix it myself but wanna know what you are charging me for. All ignition parts are new on my vehicle. Thanks
