Anyone done an inspection in counties surronding Harris? Hmmm don't know how many of you guys have done this but here it goes. When I was in Austin for school I would get my car inspected there for I believe 12 bucks. I was stock down to the lid so I had cats but they didn't even look under there. Anyhow, I was thinking of taking the HOSS up there and capping off the cutout, no codes, and it passed the sniffer last time here in Harris county just no lope then.
