No tires. Caps are included, but they are a bit scratched from sliding them in and out. I'll see if I can round up some lugnuts. I use 1/2 on the front and can't give them up. I may have some of the metric lugs though. They won't be new or even in new condition. I'll see if I can dig some up.

Ok I found a set of lugnuts and washers. I use only Mcgard lugnuts because they are the best and last a long time. They are pricey, but they are the best.
