Default Head gasket change

i think i have a blown head gasket. no water in the oil but the coolant tested for exhaust gases. the coolant did have a dark brown look to it but it did not look milky. can anyone recommend a reputable shop in the dallas/ft. worth area that can/will do a great job? i am thinking of doing it myself since but i have never dug into a motor this deep. changing an intake gasket is about as deep as i have gone. help please!
Thanks,
Sean
