Not sure if you guys have seen this yet but it's just absolutely awful. I heard on the radio today that they found out the driver of the crown vic had a suspended license at the time and many of the family's of the dead are now suing him claiming it's his fault

The stupid *** drunk titty dancer that hit me in '06 had a suspended license as well. No insurance either. You don't have to have a license to act like an idiot. But I think there was fog or smoke from the burnouts involved in the race in Maryland. Sad news indeed.

even still, the racing didnt kill anyone. The idiot in the white crown vic driving with his lights off and a suspended licence plowed everyone not the 2 cars that were racing. Sure the smoke blah blah blah but if your have your lights off and the roads dark whats the chances youre gonna see people on the road?

Why on earth would a crowd of ppl be in the middle of the road in the middle of the night, thats just stupid. IMO its mostly the ppls fault and the driver is partly responsible. this is older news and they have a long thread in the street racing section

Yeah the people should not of been standing on a highway in the middle of the night where the speed limit is 55mph..
But also if you seen the most recent news..
the white crown vic was a part of that whole group..
He was racing a blue crown vic, or impala type vehicle.
they confirmed that with other witnesses.. So the guy was racing. he was just saying he was not, and that is why the no headlights, since them guys were all out there racing.
illegal racing.
