What a long *** time, even rebates says they take 4 to 8 weeks but most of them come earlier than that. **** shouldn't take too much time, it's bullsh!t and they think your prob going to forget about it. Not the case with me because I have a file which has rebates and checks collected and another for uncollected rebates and checks.

Once I brought a CD-RW unit from staples and it had a $20 rebate, I mailed it in and I got a email saying they got the rebate and processing it currently. About 2 weeks later, I got another email saying that the rebate is invalid because it's not purchased from a parpicating store. I was like WTF cuz the fine print said it must be purchased from any staples store and a copy of the reciept attached. I called them up and the person on the phone said it's clearly a error and they approved it and sent me a check within a week.

Still haven't gotten my card, its been 2 months....oh well I know what my account # is anyway.

Picked up a table saw and a jig saw this week, both helped me out tremendously.

Let me get this strait- You can get the card number before you get your card, and it is still accepted at the store? Interesting

Yep.
They don't make membership or credit cards without assigning a # to it yet.

I brought a 10' x 13' shed for the back of my garage to free up some space in my 20' x 20' garage such as the lawn tractor, the bro's wrecked Dayonta 500 or 600 motorcycle (he's stupid and doesn't want to part it out or get it fixed now, I can't have this **** taking up space in the garage because I got a new 11hp craftsman snowthrower in it's spot.
And the bro's 2001 yamaha raptor atv is going in the shed too, it doesn't get used more than twice a year, what a worthless crap.

The shed was $130 with the Craftsman Club.

10/14/04 signed up, 1/14/05 delivered. Jeese. I got my sears card in 3 days Club card took damn near 90 days!

One thing I did find out- If you purchase something during the non club designated week, they will credit you back if you bring the receipt during the club week I like that.
