Default contour tape?

Ive been looking for a tool but cant find it and dont know exactly what its called. Its a rubber(?) tape measure that holds its contour when you press it against something. Like a contour gauge but much longer...about 2-3 feet.

Whats it called? What stores carry it?

Eastwood has this, but it is only like 15" long.

thats close but this is a 1/2 inch square piece of rubber. Heard it can be found at staples or an art supply store. thanks though.
