Anyone know this guy?
Anyone know this guy? He has no posts and just joined today. He just sent me a PM, trying to sell me some heads and intake, to circumvent the sales rules.

Officially, I would suggest that members avoid any brand new member who tries to solicit them via PM. The primary reason we have these rules in place is to protect members from scammers who sign up just to take their money.
Unofficially, if you can do the transaction in person then it's no more risk than Craigslist and they probably aren't scamming you if they're willing to meet in person. Shipping is an entirely different story though.

I got a couple PMs too from him asking for me to contact him off the site so I emailed the admins about it. That is totally a bot / machine / hacker account trying to do bad things.

I sent a pm to An admin the first day he joined and sent me a message.
Look up his e-mail addy on google and you will see that he is doing this on a ford website under the name Fordadct.
Gjim4817@gmail.com. Is his email, and here he is on passionford.com:
http://passionford.com/forum/general...-fordadct.html
Also he is on mye28.com, a Beemer website.
He has said that he has a Ford shell, other parts, ws6 airbox and other things and never want to deal through pm's, only e-mail. He must have gotten in trouble over there also.

As for the Vehicle Classifieds section, there are no restrictions or requirements to post within.
