New Member...Questions About Posting
Greetings LS1Tech Members,
I joined last week after being an occasional lurker on this website. However, I have a questions about making posts in the "For Sale" Forum. Is there a minimum number of posts required by members before they receive the privilege to make posts in that forum? I browsed through the agreement, the "stickys" and the FAQs but didn't see anything regarding minimum posts or other requirements. Perhaps I missed seeing and reading it?
Anyway, here is my story about LS1 and why I joined this website....
I purchased LS1 engine components in hopes to persuade local circle tracks and their racers to allow this engine to be used in competition. So far, the battle has been an uphill one. The race tracks are afraid that it will obsolete current iron v-8 engines (like they aren't obsolete anyway!) and the racers mistakenly group the OEM aluminum LS1 engine with the expensive aftermarket alloy race engines. Oh well,.....<shrug>
