Yes i would rather take a financial lick anyday over someone getting hurt in any way! Not sure what caused it.... the fire chief said it was undetermined. If i do end up with it in salvage, i'll link my part-out sale thread to this. I'm expecting to get pounded but time will tell. Thanks guys! tracy

Hey guys, the insurance company had to do an investigation to confirm that i didn't burn the car myself.....duh.... but they had to make sure because i'm sure that happens more than we know. I'm sure lots to salvage from the car but i have not even looked at the car up close since it burned. I will find out soon how i make out on the claim so i will update....thanks guys, tracy

Update.....The insurance company handled my claim fairly. I'm not whole but i'm not complaining either, lol. It could have been very difficult but was actually quite the opposite. It looks like i will not get the burned corvette back so i will have nothing to sell or anything to build. I'm sure i will have another turbo project next year so "I'll be back"!! Thanks guys, tracy
