Jaguar 1998 XJ8 Sedan. Set up for LS1 engine and 4L60E transmission. Selling car as a roller- complete with all LS1 installation hardware and electronics, but less engine/transmission/wiring/computer. Provide your own LS1 and you could be up and running in 2 weekends.....

This car was professionally built by Jaguar Specialties as a prototype for the kits they now sell to do this sort of conversion. The car itself is in good shape for the year- good body and original paint, nice leather interior with no rips, wood everywhere. No electrical issues, no leaks. The car ran and drove fine in the time it was used as a prototype. Cold AC, all gauges work, no problems. Runs a full exhaust system with Camaro LS1 cats installed-very quiet. Has a brand new Jaguar radiator, new fuel pump, and more. Brakes, steering, and suspension are all good- need nothing. Currently running the bigger 18" XJR wheels (stock size is 16"). Great grip and cornering.

Rather than parting it out, the car is available whole to be put back on the road again. The full conversion kit and all related parts (as you would buy from Jaguar Specialties to do this conversion) are included. Also included are all of the hoses, complete driveline, full exhaust (as mentioned above). Will also provide the Jaguar Specialties XJ8 conversion manual to help your reassembly of the car. Step by step. In this case it is more of reconnecting the pieces....

The car is still running and driving now- the eng/trans are coming out for another project.
