I purchased from the original owner at the beginning of the summer.
With 71k on the odometer ...
Had been sitting under a pine tree for the last 3 years..
I did not ask what happened but the guy was in a wheel chair and is never going to drive again...
I had it detailed inside and out
Replaced brakes all around with slotted rotors and new calipers on the front.
Installed a new set of chrome z06 wheels and tires from OE wheels .
Replaced the clutch and flywheel with a newer used corvette set up. baught on eBay had 13k miles on it....
Changed the oil , trans fluid and re bearinged the rear end ....
Replaced the air filter and the right window motor....
I had one of the rear seat bottoms recovered along with the visors...match is ok not perfect..
Baught some new factory gm floor mats
Has been driven all summer as my DD...
I had the a/c charged and it has been blowing cold all summer but the compressor jingles when the a/c or defrost is not on...
Headlights are kinda cloudy
Both front speakers are blown...
Clear coat is peeling on the left 1/4 panel
Car is unmolested .
Only mods are the wheels and rotors as stated above ....
Car is not perfect but a good start or a excellent daily driver...
I have a L92 on the stand....
And was planing to due a budget L92 swap...
But from my research over the last few days their doesn't seem to be such a thing as a budget swap........
