Year: 1967
Make: Ford
Model: Fairlane
Price: $17000
Mileage: 0
Private or Dealer Listing: Dealer Listing
Location (State): TX

LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
Suspension
Tubular upper and lower front control arms. Afco adjustable coil over shocks in the front with RE suspension springs. Rear shocks are Ohlin's double adjustable gas charged coil overs with lamb springs off of an NHRA pro stock car. Rear suspension is a ladder bar set up that is adjustable. Brakes are wilwood disks all around and both front and rear have the slotted cross drilled lightweight rotors. Rear end is a back braced ford 9" with strange 33 spline axles.
Drivetrain
Engine is a 351 cleveland stroked to 408 inches. Engine makes approximately 650 hp on methanol. Roller cam, forged crank and rods, crane pro series roller lifters, ross pistons, ported 4 barrel cleveland heads, super victor intake manifold. Transmission is a powerglide with a jw ultra bell bellhousing and jw wheel flex plate and Coan 8" torque converter. Transmission was built to handle 1000 hp and has only the highest quality of parts.
Electronics
MSD 7al3 ignition box, biondo electric shifter with digital rpm switch, Deadenbear digital cross over delay box, digital transmission temp gauge and all auto meter gauges including 5" tach with shift light. 2 Optima batteries in trunk.
Fuel System
Aluminum 5 gallon fuel cell with sump, aeromotive a1000 fuel pump, aeroquip braided -10AN fuel lines, 6 port magna fuel adjustable regulator with return line to tank.
Wheels/Tires
Front tires are goodyear front runners with approximately 20 passes on weld pro star wheels. Rear tires are hoosier 32.5x16.5x15 with approximately 50 runs on brand new centerline lightweight drag wheels.
Car runs 6.30's-6.40's in the 1/8th mile and will run high 9's to low 10's in the 1/4 mile. Car works excellent and was run in both super et and footbrake. Would make excellent IHRA hot rod or NHRA super street car if you put a throttle stop on it. I hate to get rid of it but I no longer have the time to use it. I would consider possibly trading up or down for the right 97 or newer ls1 / ls2 corvette with an automatic transmission. $17000 turn key/ $11000 with no motor or transmission. 704-500-7772, no calls after 9 pm please.
