No. Basically the 1994 GT included what you'd get standard on the 1993 and 94-97 trans am's (z rated tires, T-tops, 155mph speedo, 3.23 gears, ect). Non-GT 1994 trans ams didn't have those things standard and only had 110mph speedo's.

GM did it because people were complaining that the fully loaded trans am was too expensive so they tried out the optioned TA's in 1994 and it confused the hell out of people...so they switched back in 1995 lol.
