The car has ~180k miles on it, less than 5k on the motor/drivetrain combo. The title is clear and I am a non-smoker. The car has been southern all its life and it was in TX for Katrina (before I bought it). The A/C works, power steering doesn't leak and all the seals are fresh on the trans, motor and rear.
I will not part it out unless I can get a commitment for ~$5,000 or more worth of parts from one buyer.
The car has a fresh (<3k miles) aluminum 5.7 346ci short block built by Thompson Motorsports in Nevada, TX. Motor mods include:

Driveline includes a Performabuilt stage 2 4l60e, 9.5" FTI billet 3200 stall converter, Quicktime flexplate, 3" chromoly driveshaft and 10-bolt rear with 3.42 gears freshly rebuilt with Moser axles, rear cover girdle and general bada$$ery.
