1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC Collectors Edition
Looking to sell my 98 Mark VIII LSC collectors edition, this was the last year the Mark VIII was produced. Pearl white/ Gray leather, what is unique about the CE?, well they have 2 tone leather seats, Wood steering wheel, wood shifter, unique collectors edition trim on the door panels and outside door molding. Read more information here:
http://www.markviii.org/LOD2/collectors_edition.htm
1 of only 1400 Collectors Editions made
This LSC CE is fully loaded
Heated seats
Sunroof
12 disc changer in trunk
HID Xenon lights that work
Rear Neon light that works
Side blinkers work
Flood lamps that work
Traction control
ABS
Chrome Directional Wheels
Auto headlamps
Electronic climate control
Delay wipers
JBL stereo sound great
Power locks, windows, side mirrors
On board computer computes distance to empty, MPG, vehicle settings etc.
Best part is that is has the amazing 32V cobra motor the only difference is the intake manifold and cams. It is rated at 290hp and it moves for a big car. Only modifications are Magnaflow mufflers welded in and a GT500 X pipe. Sound is almost like factory stock with just a bit of a roar, very subtle change in exhaust tone.
No check engine light
No service suspension light
No issues at all
sunroof works
tilt steering works
Maintaince:
New parts:
Front:
Front air struts
Upper, lower control arms
Strut rod bushings last month
Sway bar end links last month
Rear:
Shocks done 2 weeks ago
Shock mounts are clunking they are $15 easy 20 minute job
Misc:
4wheel alignment done at sears last weekend.
Water pump due to bearing noise
Battery is 1.5 years old
Tires are over 80%
Brakes are good slotted, drilled rotors
Coolant flushed
Power steering fluid flushed
Oil changed
Heater core changed
Blend door actuator is fixed with epoxy and metal wires, heat work great
AC will need a charge, not blowing cold as a few months ago.
All air suspension components are working 100%, no issues, does NOT leak down at all even sitting for many days. I have extra compressor, ride height sensors, fuel pump, new 8 plugs and motorcraft fuel filter.
Everything is solid on the car, drive anywhere in the U.S. without any issues. Only selling to buy a 6 speed GTO, other wise I would never sell it. Wish I could have both, unfortunately in this economy it doesn’t make sense to have 2 performance cars. Not a must sell at all, if I don’t get what I want I will keep it. No low balers, do your homework and find out what you’re buying. This is not a run of the mill Mark VIII.
Looking for $6500

Collector Edition Mark VIII LSC
Hi,
I am interested in your Mark, but I do have a couple of questions.
How many miles does your car have on it?
Where is the car located? I am in Portland, OR.
Please contact me using my email: barmit@comcast.net
I had to jump through the hoops of signing up as a member of this site just to contact you.
