i have a 94 Formula with only 43k on it. It has:
KB double diamond subframe connectors
hooker long tubes
hooker y-pipe
magnaflow hi-flow cat.
borla x-r1 muffler
csr electric water pump
vortech aluminum intake elbow
k&n cold air
a/c delete pulley
2800 stall
trans cooler
the bad: the notorious broke dash pad, typical small tear in driver seat, clear peeling on very tip of nose.

I have an ls1 98 trans am with a few tasteful bolt on's, a little over your price range but I am negotiable, not enough to go within your price range though but it might be worth the little extra money, have a look through the link in my signiture.
