Default 2002 WS6 Springs on a 95 Z28 make the car higher?

When I bought this Camaro awhile back I knew it had suspension swapped to stock's off a 2002 I believe WS6.

I got to see another LTx car and frankly my front looks higher. Would These springs be the cause, why would they sit higher in a car with a motor thats heavier esp up front?

Anyone have a spare set of stock LTx springs or want to swap if this really is the issue?

You are correct in your thinking, technically your front end should be lower if anything with LS1 springs, especially since the LT1's iron block has got at least 100lbs over the LS1. But you have to keep in mind that those 2002 springs are probably in better shape and newer than the older and possibly worn suspension that's probably on the LT1 car you're comparing to.

If you didnt know already, look on Eibachs website, lowering springs between 93-97s and 98-02s are completely different part numbers.

All in all, I would say definately swap out to some proper LT1 springs.

I dont think its just the springs; the isolators with LT1's are shorter than the LS1 isolators. Ask (ZexGX) Lee about about he's got pix.
