Vats help

Anyone around the oceanside/san diego area that could bypass the vats in my pcm? I had a problem today with my security light being on and the car not turning over, I rubbed that little chip on my key and she started right up but the light stays on

It will be cheaper to bypass it with a resister then to pay the 100-150 in tuning credits to tune out VATS in the PCM. I'd rather spend 10 bucks at Radio Shack...
