Sam at fairway chevrolet is supposed to be pretty decent. Quite a few of my friends are happy with his work. You can get some testimonials in person, Vegaslsx meets up every friday 7:30 @ town square's SE parking lot.
If you want a street tune, PM me and ill get you in touch with my tuner. As theres is lot more tuning to be done then just WOT.
There are a couple of shops I personally would avoid, but i wont put them on blast. Im sure you can find plenty of info on the bad shops in vegas if you do a little research.
