Default So Cal area to Run Engine??

Sorry if wrong forum,

Does anyone know an area in So Cal to Run/Dyno/and break in my LS engine?
I want to have this done with the engine removed from the car.

Westech in Mira Loma -10/60/15 area by Ontario airport.

Jim Grubbs Motorsports is up by QMP and NRE.

I'm assuming EFI, all the previos listed support it IIRC. There's sombody in OC, just can't remember.

Superior Automotive in Placentia has a engine dyno.
