They got me for exhaust and need me to take it to pierce college to get inspected and smogged
They didn't get me for the cam but I have to make it stock
Or swap a stock engine
That I don't have . I also don't ahve all the stock exhaust stuff

You should be able to. When 21 days have passed since you got the ticket, go to the court's website and look up the citation number. There should be an option to pay it in full (likely around $1100) or you can go in person to the courthouse listed on the ticket to arrange a payment plan with the traffic clerk.

 

Its not that expensive your first time I don't think. But he's correct.

I had a friend get ref'd and even with bone stock exhaust his car was too loud. Stuff the stock muffler full of steel wool. Might be wasting your time trying to put stock exhaust on a cammed car.

 

Sorry that I cannot help but info as to what LEO branch/jurisdiction pulled you over & location might help others to avoid the same thing.

I was on tujunga and strathern in sun valley next to arminta elementary. The cops were not from around here , they were in those new fords not the crown Vic's . I heard they're just trying to get everyone for mods .

Damn. Sheriff's deputy put me down for a bunch of bullshit non-correctable exhaust violations for which the fine currently totals $1342, and he thought he was doing me a favor by not actually referring me to the ref.

 

$1342 no ******* way did it go up that much in 2 years. That's insane

 

Dang Imma have to just wait for the ticket to come in the mail or just wait till it comes out online . The good thing is that the courthouse is in chatsworth. awesome judges there . And they pulled me over going 35 on a 35 . Then supposedly said I was racing ? In a single lane which was ridiculous . But they told me they will smog my car to make It stock again but it's gonna be impossible with all the internal mods I have . So if I can pay the full amount and avoid the ref that be great

Keep us updated with this. My friend got pulled over on his GTO over a year ago and had to go to the ref, the worst part about the whole thing is that his car was stock except for an axle back exhaust. This state is a ******* joke.
