Shops that rebuild t56s in bay area My trans just started developing issues that people are saying could be the slider key or possible the synchro assembly. I would rather not but I can pull it myself and drop it off. I'm looking for a good basic performance upgrade, and am looking at the extended performance package, minus the 3-4 shift fork since I believe the 01,02 already have this upgrade from the factory.
Anyone have any recommendations for any good shops that can do this for a reasonable price, preferably with them removing and installing the trans?
