Default No Irwindale for me today!

My license got suspended for 30 days

Lousy California laws.

--------------------------------------

had a ticket from march that I went to fight today.

I feel stupid because I should have came up with a better story.
The officer was better prepared than I was , therefore the judge took his word over mine(obviously) but honestly the officer had innacrtae judgement. He followed me from quite a distance and said he paced me going almost 60 in a 25.

I probably wasnt doing a mile over 40-45 range. EIther way, I thought I had a case, but my lack of preparation and experience in teh courtroom caused me to still pay the 381 dollar fine, as well as get a point on my r4ecord. but what really sucks is they suspended my license for 30 days!

How will I go to school? work? hunting(starts sept 1)

and I cant race today, but was planning on going, but now I cant!!!

Im so stupid, I was too upset to make a claim to give me a pass to go to school and back only. and now its too late.

I wonder if I can call in and do so.

The "pacing" tickets are one of the harder ones to fights simply because a lot of the time it will be the officers word versus yours. I got a speeding ticket like that, but mine was only 60/45. Best of luck

Damn dude, he's down at his local watering hole telling his buds how he fucked this one guy good...

Hope it works out, but if you were doing that by a school, he should have just shot you.

what else is on your record.. i do not see them doing a 30 day suspendtion on that.. even if you were doing 60 in a 20..

I already had 3 points but they have been in a course of 3 years.

Ive had 4 tickets in 2005 ( one traffic school) so 3 points in 2005

none in 2006

2 in 2007, but havent paid the second one in 2007

do you think the 2 pts in 2007 plus the 3 already on my record accumulating to 5 did this?

but that is still 5 pt in 3 years, and even if counted in 2 years ( ai am allowed 6 in 24 months) so it doesnt make sense

Plus Im gonna do traffic school for my latest one.

what I fought today was the 1st one in 2007.

the 2nd one in 2007(as I mentioned) will be traffic school....

Oh and Its 2 tickets in one ( the most recent one)

its speeding on radar and modified exhaust

thats a LOT.. they can pull you history (even if the points are old) and take that into note, before making the call on your findings at day..

Looking at your record I would of suspended your license as well.

Im sorry, not 4 tickets in 2005, just 2. but one was a 2 pointer. so 2 + 1 = 3 total in 2005..

I dunno why there was a 4 there. but either way, its not that clean of a record, yes.
